Question:

How much is the award?

Answer:

$1,500 - $9,000, depending on program costs.

*Award amounts are determined by comparing each application with a set of predetermined criteria.

   
Question:

What do you mean by rural?

Answer: Large cities are not rural. Generally an AG based society. If you are rural, you know what this means. Check this link for pre-qualification.
   
Question: Where do I find an application?
Answer: Your school's Financial Aid Office or download it from this site.
   
Question: How many awards does each school get?
Answer: That depends on the number of applications. During the 2005-2006 academic year, we awarded 70 scholarships.
   
Question: When are applications due?
Answer: Applications are to be postmarked by March 15 of the current academic year.
   
Question: Are scholarships available for private schools?
Answer: No, only state schools.
   
Question: Do you support Masters/PhD?
Answer: It depends on your program. Some programs required more than a Bachelors.
   
Question: When can I send in my application?
Answer: Applications will be accepted no earlier than January 1 for the following school year.
   
Question: Do I have to re-apply to receive the scholarship if I received it last year?
Answer: Yes. Award recipients must reapply every year if they wish to continue receiving the scholarship.
   
Question: Why are most applications rejected?
Answer: Most Often applications are rejected due to missing items. "Postage Due" has also been a factor.
